Refund & Cancellation Policy

Business plan ($15/month)

Cancel anytime from your account — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then returns to the free Neighbor plan. We don't charge cancellation fees. Partial-month refunds are not offered, but if you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Promoted posts ($4)

A promoted post is refundable only if promotion hasn't been applied yet. Once your post is pinned to the top, the purchase is final — unless the listing was removed by us in error, in which case we refund in full.

Corporate ad slots ($75/month)

Cancel anytime to stop renewal. If your slot never ran due to our error, the month is refunded in full.

How to request

Reach us through the Contact & Support page with the email on your account and the date of the charge. Approved refunds return to your original payment method through Stripe within 5–10 business days.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, Stripe retries automatically and we'll email you. Your Business features continue during the retry window; if payment ultimately fails, the account returns to the Neighbor plan — your listings are never deleted.
