Terms of Service

The service

TownSquare is a community bulletin board and marketplace for Fort Bragg, California. We provide the square — neighbors provide the posts. We are not a party to any sale, rental, or agreement made between users.

Your account

You must log in with a real Google account to post, message, or comment. You are responsible for what you post and for keeping your account secure. One account per person; no impersonation.

Your posts

You retain ownership of your content and grant us permission to display it on TownSquare. Free Neighbor accounts keep up to 5 active posts; Business accounts post without a cap. Commercial activity, realty, and high-volume posting require the Business plan.

Transactions

Buyers and sellers deal directly with each other. Verify items in person, meet in public places, and use your judgment — TownSquare cannot guarantee the condition, legality, or delivery of anything posted.

Enforcement

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines, with or without notice. Moderation decisions aim to keep the square safe and neighborly.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TownSquare is not liable for losses arising from user content or transactions.
